Claims

Claims time is crunch time. It's when we sit up and sort it out. It's when we knuckle down. That’s' what you can expect when you deal with Namibia's leading short-term insurer who has a team of experts capable of handling even the most specialised claim. An insurer that has paid out more money in claims than any other insurer. Because that's what proper insurance should do.

This statement is based on calculations taken over a 12-month period and represents all claims submitted, including the total number of claims repudiated, fraudulent claims and ex gratia payments. It only excludes claims that were formally withdrawn by clients as these claims would be regarded as null and void since they cannot be counted as either paid or repudiated.
