Growing a business through learning
Entrepreneur and MD of Dumile Media Solutions, Sibulele Siko-Shosha has an extensive career in the media sector as media specialist, magazine editor and writer. The founder of Dumile Media Solutions, she works tirelessly towards building her business and learning from others. She was the youngest and first-ever black female editor of renowned business publication, Black Business Quarterly, until she ventured on her own to start her company.
She talks about the biggest lesson she learned through starting and growing her business and shares her insights on understanding business processes and systems in order to build a successful business.
"Owning a business is more than your craft," she says. "All the processes and organisational admin are a part of it. Over the years I have learnt that it's not about subsistence, but growing your business over a period of time."
